After completing the first step, reaching the design and starting the construction work of the building, you must choose the products that suit the design and requirements
Your project by searching our products, then you have to visit one of the sales outlets or the main office where you will find actual samples and models of the selected products, and with the help of our sales consultants, you can choose the specifications of the desired items such as color, type of glass, accessories, etc.

  • Site study:

Our sales consultants in each of Riyadh, Khobar, Dammam, Al-Ahsa, set an appointment to visit the project site in your presence, and during this visit, the site engineer will take approximate measurements for all openings required to be equipped with our products, and he will decide accordingly the appropriate systems for use, then present these measurements to the sales consultant, who will in turn fill out prepared forms In advance, with the selected specifications and appropriate systems, in order to be sent to the concerned study and pricing department.

  • Study - Pricing:

The received measurements are kept in an organized cartoon archive and then submitted to the studies department, where there are specialized staff working on specialized programs equipped with an updated and secure database and unified calculation methods. Preparing a quote usually takes 1 to 5 days

  • Contract - Purchase Order:

The outlet managers or sales consultants will contact you once the quotation is complete and then send it to you by mail
And then I invite you to meet them in order to review the items and verify the specifications, and after completing all that, a unified contract is signed that includes work conditions such as period, payment terms, delivery period, obligations, guarantee, site conditions, general rules for work, contract validity, and storage rules)

  • output:

After signing the contract, receiving the advance payment and approving the plans, the measurements engineers visit the site again to take the final measurements. Then a timetable for the production process is set within the general plan and according to the agreed delivery date.

  • Installation:

Upon completion of production, the manufactured items are wrapped and then all sent to the ready-made materials warehouse and kept until the financial matters are settled based on the invoices issued with the actual quantities and sizes of the manufactured items. A receipt voucher must be signed upon completion of the work.

  • After sales service:

The company gives an official guarantee written in its contracts for a period of five years from the date of completion of the installation and the receipt document, during which any damaged items will be maintained or replaced if the damage is caused by manufacturing defects, even after the expiry of the official warranty period. of cost.
